2. Data collected & purpose

Contact form

When you fill out the contact form, we collect the following data:

• First name, last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Optional: usage duration per week, number of people

This data is processed exclusively to handle your request and for the introductory conversation. It is not passed on to third parties.

Server logs

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically stores connection data (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type) in server logs. This data serves security purposes and is not used to identify individuals.

3. Legal basis

• Contact form: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via GDPR checkbox)
• Server logs: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security)

4. Retention period

Form data is stored for a maximum of 2 years and then automatically deleted – unless a contractual relationship exists that requires longer retention. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

5. Data transfer

Incoming contact form data is delivered by email via Resend (Resend Inc., USA) and stored in a Turso database (SQLite, EU data center). Resend processes email data according to its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies & tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies and no Google Analytics. Only technically necessary measures are used. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
